The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Please agree to cancel the transaction. I feel as if it has taken too long for the tractors to be picked up. Response from jodyvalvo: We did miss our window of 7 days - however we kept in touch with the customer and deadheaded one of our drivers to his location today.
However, the end user customer booked another carrier to pick them up today as well; without our customer's Tim's or our knowledge.
Both customers had our contact information.
