First of all, the service was not provided by the same company that accepted the bid. Anyone using Montway needs to understand that they are a BROKER and NOT a trucking company. At least that is my impression. The second issue is the dispatcher for the trucking company does not speak "English"! I could not understand him and neither could the person receiving the car. Third, driver called me on the morning of the pick up and told me that he would be here at 12:00 noon but gets here at 9:00 pm!

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Made multiple attempts to contact the TSP by phone, text, and email. He never responded and the shipment was never picked up.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The truck scheduled to pick up the boat broke down in Oklahoma and cannot be repaired in time to pick the boat up within the specified window of 8/30 to 9/1. I will have to attempt another pick up at a later date but that date is unknown at this time. In light of this, I want to cancel this shipment and will rebook at a later date.

We understand the reasoning behind the cancellation, due to a situation outside of our control and with garages not open for the holiday weekend, we cannot make the dates as bid. This is unfortunate and we're sorry we couldn't work it out with some more time.
