I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment One of our newly hired dispatch members imroperly submitted this quote without reading it completely. We have contacted the shipper and apologize for quote being submitted so that they can get back on uShip to find adequate Moving services for their item. We greatly upon our jobs for this mix-up.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper accepted the bid and then cancelled it, blaming it on a new dispatcher. Stayed that they were “not a moving company”. The reason fir the negative feedback is that I cancelled in other providers that I may not get back, putting load and timeline at risk.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The shipper told me there would be another $800 charge in addition to their bid that was required. This bait and switch tactic is fraudulent and each time I asked to speak to a manager I was rerouted to a new person that made no offer of help without a significant up-charge. I was told it was employee error sometimes but the entire exchange felt like a hustle or direct con.
