Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

Dave provided constant communication with me while in transit. Our machines arrived on time and in perfect condition as care was taken to insure safe and secure tie down of irregular shaped equipment. He and his partner helped with the difficult off-load upon delivery. Friendly and courteous. You can't go wrong with Dave and his staff.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services U-Ship ID #988099884 - Grant Lee of Extra Mile Transportation tells me an employee was fraudulently posting shipments for their company and they do not wish to follow through with moving this load. Looks like there is fraud involved. Extra Mile Transportation does not wish to follow through with their commitment and suggested I post the load for another carrier.
