Shanna, thank you for your business and your patience. The only probelm with having a smart phone is to many pieces and parts. Something is going to go wrong evidentlly. Some issues with communication and timing due to unexpected traffic and IPhone issues, but took great care of the horse and was very knowledgable! I was very happy with the condition of the horse when she arrived, and I appreciate all the things Tom did for her along the way. He was very attentive to her needs. I would not hesitate to use him again. The one thing I would have liked more of was updates as to where they were and estimated arrival times as the trip was progressing.
