Where to start, I hired a delivery service since I was out of town. So I was not home to check my package. When I came home the next day I notice my outter grip bars were bent from the tie downs. I emailed the shipper never received a email, so I texted him to call me he said he would and never did. Then I call him and he refuses to answer or return my calls! Other than that issue the shipping handling was good,fair pricing and fast.Just very disappointed about my new motorcycle damage.

I received a voicemail from the shipper this morning while I was driving, I would never refuse to answer or return a call. Please look at my past feedback and see my history with previous shippers. If I did damage them I would have had no issue buying new ones for $30-$60. I wish we could have talked so that he could see that I do not use a tie down that causes any damage. I have transported thousands of motorcycles and dont use anything that would bend down outer grips. I know what does the j
