The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Prior to booking, the pickup location was Portland & the shipper specified the specs @ 6x4x4 & 3,000 lbs. After booking, the shipper realized the pickup was 6.5 hrs. north. Upon arrival, I discovered the trencher was actually 9' long & 3,300 lbs. Shipper specifically stated it would fit in bed of pickup truck, but this was impossible. I was also informed by trencher owners that the shipper had accurate info in his possession all along. I now cannot reach him to work out a reasonable resolution.

All info provided by shipper was 100% inaccurate. Trencher was 2x's size of the one in the pic. It was 9' long, not 6' as reported by shipper. P/u was 6.5 hrs away from where Auction stated it would be. Shipper had access to accurate info the entire time. We've attempted to reach him several times to resolve & he will not respond to any correspondence or attempt to make this right. We only wanted to discuss w/ him & determine what HE felt was a fair resolution. I was in no way at fault here.
