Terrible communication and lack of transparency. They did not showed up to pick up when agreed but few days later randomly. They promised to call well before delivery to inform about delivery date/time but the driver called when he was already at destination (arghhh!). They charged $145 more for apparent pallet delivery (what??). Terrible experience.
