I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. customer did not answer my phone call or email on the day bid was accepted, he called mi back a week later

What a great experience. Extremely professional. Accepted bid late last night, and equipment was here at my yard this afternoon. Mark even went the extra mile to check over equipment before leaving pickup site and found a loose panel that would probably fallen off. Great attention to detail. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Promised to pickup within 5 days. Cannot get Cardinal to respond to phone calls or emails. Talked to him over a week ago, was to pickup unit last week, still no response. Ritchie Bros. auction site wants to charge storage fee now. This guy needs to be removed from any other future shipping.
