I believe that Mr. Caton and his friend did a good job, even though considering that he broke down and was not able to deliver for an extra day, since he took the cats out of their carrier and made sure they were fed and cared for.
I would have preferred to know in advance my carrier was too excessive in size, since I had emailed the dimensions and this was more comfortable for the cats and I did not know that he did not have adequate space under heat with the larger size carrier.

the dimensions you sent were the wrong ones... we did everything we could to accommodate the cats while we were broke down. We had plenty of space for the cats inside the truck and that is where we put all animals is inside the vehicle with us. If I would have known that those cats were wild cats I wouldn't have taken the job, everytime we let them out which was everyday, they went crazy and bit and clawed. Thanks for the business but I took a big loss on this shipment.. thanks
