A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved we had a truck arranged and then the customer stated that his agent could not wait any longer for the truck and would only be available for limited time the next afternoon. the specific truck could not wait any longer to pickup so they left. there are not tricks or lies in this business we give estimates on pickup and deliveries nothing is exact. and lastly this customer never signed and sent paperwork back but wanted us to do all the work with no Guarantee of getting paid as the broker

Mr. Ray had the vigor and work ethic to make every young person today ashamed! He kept me informed and came through ahead of schedule with a very difficult shipment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, big job or small.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Contacted withing the original 5 days within booking for pickup, jim expressed the pickup would be late (friday) which was fine as it was only 3 days outside his original agreement, it is two weeks past, jim has neither answered any of my emails or arranged a shipper that has contacted me. He seemed super nice but I would not recommend him to anyone based on this performance. Response from freightallkinds: We are sorry about the missed pickup. We have terminated the dispatcher who we have had for over 3 years. New managers Now.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Provider agreed to pick up time. driver never showed or contacted us, provider never contacted us with any information, only responded with lies and more empty words when contacted, don't believe he ever had a driver lined up for my shipment, never in 5 days after booking did he contact me proactivly, only responded with slight communication when contacted. Should have listened to previous reviews of this broker, hope future shippers dont fall for his tricks.
