Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I sent a check for more than half of the shppment on 12-13-08, on 12-18-08 I rec'd an E mail stating that Chad might not be able to make it on the 29th to pickup our vehicle and asked what the latest that the car could be picked up. I E mailed Chad back to ask when he was thinking and got no reply, I then called him on 12-20-08 and his reply was that he hadn't rec'd our down payment check yet. We checked w/our bank and found that the check hadn't been cashed yet so we stopped payment on the chk.

I told you I would need a deposit at time of bid acceptance. You waited way too long to send payment. I told you I would need time to plan my trip so I would not be stranded anywhere. You did not complete your end of the deal, not me!
