Piano was damaged. Fairly significant scratches and a broken music holder.
Rosie and Tim did not deny they damaged the piano during shipment.
We agreed on a $50 discount that Rosie promised to send the next day.
I've followed up two more times and been told both times the check would go right out.
It's been a month since the shipment was delivered and I've received nothing and got no response from my last email
