About Me
I sold my 1994 Yamaha V-Max in 2012 (while unemployed)... Now that I am gainfully employed again, I was perusing eBay and with one quick impulsive bid, I ended up commiting to my next motorcycle. I owned an advertisement poster of this 1987 Kawasaki ZL1000 Eliminator for virtually 20 years. I have enjoyed riding an acquaintance's ZL1000 Eliminator from Eastern Massachusetts up into Southern Maine and back one evening about 15 years ago. I truly feel fortunate about having the opportunity to own this collectible motorcycle in "pristine condition". I understand that there were only 2500 units imported to the US in 1987 and now that there are less than 800 of the 87 ZL1000 Eliminators still registered (in the US).

It arrived after the agreed upon date, but acceptable due to weather challenges.
A bent gear shift arm down low on the motorcycle was not explainable by the seller or the shipper. It is fixable.
