There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After accepting my bid, customer wanted to move 77,000# load for $1,600 less than bid price. I reluctantly agreed to "see how low I could do it for". After a cpl days I got it scheduled for p/u by offering truck full rate with no profit for me, but truck "broke down" and didn't take load. Told customer could not get a truck to pickup at this price. Lowest carrier wanted $1000 over her top $, I gave her truckers # to deal direct, no room for me to profit. Then I got cancellation request!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We was unable to get the machine shipped out of our yard at the time promised to us. We are under contract with our client on when we needed to have this shipped and arrive at the destination at a certain date.
