Planning to relocate from FL to CT. Both my mother and myself are relocating. We are moving everything from our 3 bedroom apartment to our new apartment in CT.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We actually only received one email from the customer and that was just this past Friday. As it turned out though, we were going to need to cancel the shipment anyway because the deal we were working on for a moving truck fell through and we are not sure that we will be purchasing a different one anytime soon. We are very sorry that we are unable to accommodate the move and wish Corey the very best of luck with his move.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have emailed the service provider at least three times in three weeks. I have not yet received any sort of response. I would like to cancel this booking.

Pick-up was late, delivery days late. Every piece of furniture was damaged because they crammed it all into a too small truck. Destroyed a bookcase and lied about it. Had to practically harass them to get any information about the shipment. It was like pulling teeth. We were lied to constantly. At delivery Lawrence was helpful and listened but the helper Alyssa just dropped things wherever she wanted. I understand you had truck problems, but there was no excuse for this service.

Our transmission went out at 1 am in NYC in East Harlem on Memorial day. We managed to call and have our truck and trailer towed to a garage, find a rental (on foot) and get to clients--yes, a few hours late. They had a 2 bedroom HOUSE, and WAY more items than listed. The particle board things they are referring to as furniture was crumbling in our hands before it got out the door. These people were nasty looking for free shipping. They were the customers from hell-- we did the best we could.
