The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Unable to tow the way my truck is set up. Didn't drop the ball. Customer emailed me telling me he had a pitch hitch. I emailed back stating can't tow. Plenty of time given. On the road soon after. My profile clearly states that once I am on the road calls or text are better and preferred since when I am driving I don't look at emails. No call or text from customer or I may have taken up on offer.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer has been waiting very patiently to get his product moved. , on the way to pick up his item last night my truck is still overheating. After reading the customer text he can no longer wait , witch I clearly underStand.
