Our shipment was damaged, and neither UShip nor Roadrunner would take the initiative to inspect the pallet, until the customer called to complain and finally got someone involved from Atlanta. Now, the item has been inspected and the undamaged product delivered, but we still have had no messages about the claim or replacement.
