Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I have deliver an other boat to my client before I can pickup Mr. Gary's boat. I told Mr. Gary that I could do it by Tuesday in the morning hours. Response from Gary K.: One week ago this shipper told me he could accommodate. Nov 13th it was all set with shipper and seller and myself. He promised a updated time for pickup the evening of 11-11 I did not receive his update until 5 AM this morning. I also asked for a delivery time the best he could pin down was a 8 hour range. He offered Tuesday the 14th, but that won't work due to schedule changes to accommodate the prearranged November 13th schedule, which included Doctor appointments that were moved on Monday.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My truck need to be repaired a storm came thru the area and a tree fell on my truck. Response from Gary K.: I am sorry the storm damaged your truck hope you get back on the road again soon. Totally understandable, thanks for letting me know so quickly. Thanks

Excellent customer service, communication throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend, this shipping company especially for boats, etc.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The shipper accepted the shipment and went to the location to pick up. The shipper realized he did not have a proper 1 7/8" hitch ball, so he left with the spare tire and told the seller he would return one week later. After close to a dozen texts, phone messages and emails from both buyer and seller still no response from shipper with any updates. Am forced to cancel this shipment.

A very enjoyable, positive experience. My first time so didn't know what to expect. Excellent communication, follow through from start to end. This shipment could not of gone better and it all because of this shipper. Thanks Weibold Transfer hope we get to do business again...
