The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Unfortunately, customer claims to have never received our email yet we emailed him on 3 separate occasions. We sent the customer two forms to fill out which he never returned back to us. Also, keep a call log and no VM were left from this customer.

very fast and organized, converse at any time and quick response. The only mixup was mainly my fault I dint realize payment was due and paid at pick up and not thru Uship directly.
