OMG, I can't possibly say enough nice things about Luis and his son. I showed up, and Luis had the mattress wrapped and ready to go. The entire pickup took about 15 minutes, with the majority being spent on paperwork. His son was equally efficient. I arrived early morning, and an eager face greeted me, ready to help with the futon up to his apartment..I wish all were this easy..

PapaJoe's the best! He called to let me know he was about an hour away, and ended up picking up my shipment 5 minutes early. A very personable man, who makes you feel like you're part of a large family. He picked up my futon at Noon Sunday, and ensured me my futon would get to my son by Tuesday morning. He wasn't lying -- he got there Tuesday morning spot on and even helped to take the futon to my son's 2nd floor apartment. You rock PapaJoe! Definitely will use your services again.
