Some of our merchandise was missing upon arrival. We have photos to prove the pallet was damaged. 1stClassShipping gave us the number to call. It took us hours to fill out the paperwork. The claim was denied because Central Transport (who 1st Class Shipping hired to do the shipment, unbenkownst to us) said that Blue Grace (aka 1st Class Shipping) had to file the claim themselves and did not know who we were. Good experience although transit time was slightly longer than I had anticipated. Miscommunication of transit time due to business days vs. calendar days. Other than that, great to work with!
