Chris did a great job shipping my bike from Michigan to Las Vegas in the middle of winter.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time 1. Service provider failed to respond to my initial email on Dec 30th in which I said, "Hi Paul, Brian Carpenter here. Just needing to confirm that you’ve got this information and that you’ll be picking up my bike on or before January 14th. (989) 205-4182."
2. His first contact was sent at 2:00 am on 1/14 (the last day the bike was available for pick up) stating, "will be in Michigan tomorrow but up by you Thurs weather permitting. Forecast calls for snow so will call you to see how it is. Im

JJ was on time, took good care of my bike on the way and even agreed to bring along a duffle bag of riding gear of mine at no extra charge. I will definitely use him again!
