The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services this carrier was a complete waste of time. He accepted the 'book it now' with no intention or plan to complete the transport. This carrier discredits UShip and should not be allowed to bid for loads.

Actually the uniqueness of this load and the challenge to be able to load into my equipment made it VERY unsafe to transport. When I bid on this I thought I could make it worrk but my side entry with ramp was not designed for the weaght of the fork lift. My rear entry was too narrow.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved payment was made in advance for "Book it Now". Mi Logistics requested payment AGAIN without making a commitment for pickup time and sent over a 7 page contract that has a half dozen one sided conditions. They also wanted an open ended credit card authorization for a load that was paid in advance.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This broker wants advance payment. I will pay upon delivery. Thanks.
