A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer has given inaccurate information. I made contact with the customer 3 to 4 days prior to pick up date and asked him to provide me with the pick up location address and phone number. After 2 days of not receiving this info I tried contacting the customer to obtain the info needed to make the pick up. I left several messages and also sent an email. I received no response so I left the pick up area as I had other deadlines to meet. The dates are specific in the booking conformation.

motor was not wrapped and was severely damaged. could be sellers fault but as a shipper this should have been taken care of

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper said that he would be picking up bike on Nov 16 and showed up Nov 8 when I was on vacation. Was unable to get the bike. I was out of the country with no cell contact
