After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This woman used profanity once I explained the weather situation and that roads were too icy to pass in conjunction with high winds on mountain roads. I offered to set another delivery date but the customer became too angry and disagreeable.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The service provider calls me at 11:00 pm EDT, to tell me that he cannot complete the journey. He had called the pickup at 6:00 pm stating that he was in Philadelphia, Pa. Philadelphia, is approximately 3.5 hours away. There was no reason that he shouldn't have been able to complete the journey. Especially a live animal that wasn't doing well on a long distance journey. I did get mad because i told him of impending winter storm before he left. Worried about my dog,i hope she survives. Response from JRBexpress: She said there was no reason I couldn't make the trip but also happens to mention the winter storm. Icy, treacherous driving conditions forced highway closures, I called to make alternate arrangements and was yelled at with profanity and hung up on. My next move was to initiate this cancellation. Her dog was fine.
