Good customer---A little hiccup in the end with payment-- but alls good--partly my own fault for sure--arrived safe and with wrap still on thanks to gorilla tape---been overall positive experience and patient one as well---may be last pontoon I ever take unless i bid higher--what gas guzzlers lol

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We have to go back to Atlanta in the Morning do to another customer delay. We will not be able to pick up at this time.

Ben was professional at each step of the job. Communicated promptly each time I checked in for updates. Loaded, Transported, and Unloaded the vehicle with care and without incident. And was amazingly accurate with each ETA he provided (at pickup and at delivery).

Pick up was an hour or two behind schedule, delivery was a day behind schedule. Trailer did have a blow out and driver had lots of rain to deal with during the shipment.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Our move was suppose to have taken place the day after booking & delivered immediately. Xander Transport was fully aware of this timeframe when we accepted their bid. We were contacted immediately & told that they would be here the very next day to pickup. The next day we received a message that they would not be able to pickup until the following morning. 24 hours later they request to cancel the transport (during this time our calls to the shipper are ignored.) I would not recommend!

Good communication throughout shipment. Completed load, delivery, and unload efficiently and effectively. Will use again if opportunity arises. Reasonable rates. Response from tduncan55: This was a delight to haul,very challenging to load and unload but we pulled it off thanks to the help of the new owner and their hospitality.Thanks very much apreciated
