There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved If you look at the questions and answers on this load the customer agreed to $5,000, not $4,000 so we accepted his bid based on that acknowledgement. The customer then held us to our original bid of $4,000, even though we offered to pickup the equipment on the same day and deliver for $5,000. The customer then said that the $5,000 figure was a mistake by his secretary. This should not go on my record.

This item requires a flatbed for shipment - this was not determined until after speaking with the customer - we could not locate a flatbed on such a short notice and our standard freight carriers would not carry these items as LTL.

we got the information on this and then had our truck loose its radiator. I sent a second truck of ours from Phoenix, az to load it and delivered 1 day late to galveston. Hope this suits everyone. Thanks for the buisness customer was fine to work with wouold like more
