Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time We just got the booking yesterday, we texted the shipper, they had 2 listings for the same item, they must have got a cheaper delivery cost, another carrier, So they are canceling us.

I had the opportunity to leave you a negative feedback because when I dispatched the first truck out there your seller was not ready and didn't tell me or you that the truck was a few hours away. I paid that driver for wasting his time but didn't bother you. I also gave up my part of the commission, so now since you left me a negative, do you think you should pay your bill? Shipper ripped me off for both time and money, agreed to shipping contract then did not hold to agreement, ALso promised refund and never followed through twelve days driving time from Phoenix?? Continueous stories about break downs and driver errors. Worst experience even on uship. NOTE: USHIP DID NOTHING TO ASSIST WITH PROBLEMS< THEIR ANSWER WAS ANYTHING WAS BETWEEN ME ANS SHIPPING COMPANY THEY HAVE NOTHING TO D WITH IT>

I'm sorry Terry you felt this way. This is not a perfect world and stuff break from time to time. The driver experienced mechanical problems after your vehicle was picked up, but the only thing you were concerned about was a race going on that weekend. I gave up my commission in the deal and hoped you would understand the drivers situation (I guess you didn't). This was the SECOND truck I dispatched for pickup, your customer was not ready the first time. I'm just glad you got car. Good luck !!!
