Ted is a great shipper. Very professional and punctual. His price was very reasonable, but I would say this. Even if you find someone cheaper, you need to consider the professionalism of someone like Ted. You can save $50 on a $500 shipment, but then have no shows and cancellations, and simply deal with jerks. Ted keeps in contact, is honest about what he does, and treats customers time as valuable. I am a motorcycle dealer and have dealt with lots of transporters, Ted's one of the good ones!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper should be removed from uship. He did not return my initial calls after I accepted his bid (which was not the lowest). He finally answered his phone 1 day after he was to pick up the motorcycle. He assured me he would be there the next day. No show. I called and he said he would be there the following afternoon. No show. I called, no answer. I texted him and he replied that he was overloaded and would not be coming. He then cancelled the shipment. Look at his number of cancellations.
