Well I had no idea I was dealing with a broker. This is a sham! The transport company that did the movement I have nothing but praise for. That said the broker was NOT forthcoming with information. I had hard dates for pick-up and delivery I was working with within a three day window for delivery while I was off. It's NOT the drivers fault he picked up my vehicle the day he was to deliver it in California from Ohio. It was the brokers fault. I would NEVER do business with this broker again
