Laura is a great shipper to work with. Her dog Otto is very comfortable riding in the car. Plus, Otto has a terrific smile. Laura was quick to respond to all questions and was ready at pick-up and her sister Margaret was rrady at delivery. I would very much like to work with Laura again.

Mark is an angel! I was hesitant for my dog to travel without me and nervous because this was my first time using USHIP, but Mark made it great. He is personable, professional and accommodating. He sent pictures and updates of Otto (my little frenchie) the whole way- so comforting! I know from the pictures that Otto was had a blast and got so much attention. He even made some other doggy friends :) Thanks Mark for making it a wonderful experience— I know Otto can't wait until next time!
