This is a broker...not a driver. The limitation is you have no idea who is delivering your shipment until they locate a driver. I did not hear from the actual company that delivered my car for 3 business days. They called and told me it would arrive between 11am and Noon on Tuesday. They did not show. Driver called on Wednesday 40 minutes before arriving. I will pay more to have direct contact with an owner/driver next time.
