The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I tried to get the right info but I had two different people coordinating with me that contradicted each other. I communicated exactly what moving materials I had in my truck, where I was at, what I was driving, and agreed to their set time then the time changed after all was agreed. I had to say this doesn’t sound like a good idea to move a high dollar vintage organ in the back of a pickup truck sitting on fragile legs simply tying it down and driving carefully but also hurrying to deliver it.

Daniela and her team offered my company a very professional experience. My 1954 hammond organ arrived safely and quickly in an enclosed trailer. The unit was very beautifully padded with blankets and straps. I hope to use them for more special moves in the future.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Yes, thanks for your request to cancel. Misrepresentation was definitely not a good choice in canceling this deal. I strongly recommend that this shipper re-evaluate the risk of delivering antique furniture cross country on a flatbed truck. I will make sure to specify NO FLATBEDS, NO pickup trucks or dump trucks accepted.
