Glen's a great provider, single car trailer so you know your car is his only priority, good communication but bad cell service.. Make sure to text him for the best response, his phone seems a bit grumpy..used him several times since then, works around schedule changes, etc!

Transporter appears to have caused damage to the car's roof from trailer equipment (multi car trailer tier scrapes) that were not noticed until after transaction was complete & bill of lading signed off on.

Unfortunately this is the first time that we have heard of any issue with this shipment. We always ask that our clients contact us first so that we may find a resolution to any challenge. This client made the choice to leave this rating prior to speaking to anyone at Envision. In the future please bring any complaints to our attention first.
