I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have not heard from this shipper for nearly 3 days. The provider agreed to have the shipment picked up by today, the 23rd, but was unable to meet this agreed upon date. The delayed delivery caused a change to my shipping needs, and the providers shipping services are no longer needed.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider sent an initial bid of $415, which i accepted and booked. They cancelled the shipment saying the rate was insufficient, and sent another bid of $532, which I accepted and booked. They then cancelled that bid saying it was also inefficient. This provider should be removed from uship or receive a suspension of some sort - terribly service.

It is my first week using this through uship and the rates were all incorrect. USHIP told me it takes about two weeks to work out the kinks of the pricing system. I apologize for any inconvenience that this person may have had, he was rather harsh about the situation even though I tried to explain this to him. Not a very understanding individual.
