A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After making a trip from Illinois to Nevada to pick this shipment up I was informed that they didn't have it ready. I had communicated my pickup and drop off times in advanced and all seemed fine, until getting there. I feel that this was not a serious delivery and feel it was a waste of time. I also feel there should be partial compensation of the delivery to reimburse for me being sent away empty after that long of a drive.

Never got back to me after sending me a text and provided no reason for requesting cancellation. I feel that there was a misunderstanding and wish you had contacted me first.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Service provider requested a cancellation as he had a engine failure on delivery vehicle prior to pickup. I would like a full refund as I'll have to pick up myself now as I need an immediate pickup. Thanks!
