William did a great job! Our piano showed up without any problems and he and his assistant got it up two flights of stairs. They kept in constant communication with us while they were in route and we were very pleased with their service.
Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone. We plan to use them again soon.

Nice folks.. Those stairs were narrow and tough but we worked together and came up with an idea to get the 800lb grand up. Thanks for the Pizza, pop or coke lol and the popcorn was amazing.. thanks and look forward to working with you in the future..
