hello yes when i arrived the shipper told me they could not pick up bike and put it in my van ,they were going to have to pick up with aq wrecker and load and needed a trailer to sit it in for the wrecker could not put it inside my van . i was not told that when i bided, how they were anticipated to load it i was told it was slightly wrecked it would not roll and the trailer was not toweable, so i ncalled and told the coustmerr that i could not pickit up earl
