Boat was Deliverd Only issues were with trailer / no tags Customer understood issues with boat trailer and had it fixed There was a lot of down time do to issues above For which customer did pay for . Over all great guy and well mannerd , and very understanding I did my best to meet his needs and even drive out of my way to assure safe delivery and bring a tag for boat to transport to cape cod . William and Anne were truly fantastic customers to work with! The shipment was described with accuracy, they were easy to contact and coordinate delivery with, and paid as agreed. I would highly reccomend them as customers, and hope to work with them again in the future!

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I the bid details it clearly states that I receive a 50% deposit immediately upon bid acceptance. This was never done. In my 250 plus transactions I have never had an issue with this. However I do understand where the customer is coming from. I did not return phone calls however I did communicate via email so there were no discrepancies. I wish the customer luck in finding someone to meet his expectations.

I indicated I needed a contract before I could wire payment. I believe this was consistent with USHIP recommendations and generally a wise policy, since the shipper asked me to send a 50% payment to an e-mail address on paypal for a woman with a different last name. The shipper was unable to provide a contract so I drew one up for him. Communication was not great. A new schedule provided by the shipper did not meet my needs. He suggested I cancel and I agreed.

There was a bit of drama to the transaction, including and initial delay to accommodate another shipment, an over-billing situation, (which was straightened out), some over-sharing of information (about his other customer with me and about my family on uship). In fairness, it was explained that the over billing was the fault of a substitute driver, who was brought on so Mr. Cruz could accommodate the other shipment at the same time. Overall, made a good effort and got the job done.

Was told trailer was in great shape " it was not " "boat had to be removed from trailer And repaired " Also there was a delay due to there being no tags custumer assumed instead of asking for transport plate to be provided. I had to let go of other driver for fibbing about mileage . Which I do not condone " I hate lying people " I'm a man of my word and walk a straight line . Custumer was informed I was transporting for NASCAR driver That's it !!! Nothing more nothing less

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The provider repeatedly requested a deposit be wired without a contract. When challenged on this procedure the provider became agitated and maintained that USHIP website agreement represented a shipping contract. After drafting a contract and sending it to the provider, he did not return phone calls for several days and was unable to stick to the original shipping date. He then requested I cancel the shipment.
