There was a bit of drama to the transaction, including and initial delay to accommodate another shipment, an over-billing situation, (which was straightened out), some over-sharing of information (about his other customer with me and about my family on uship). In fairness, it was explained that the over billing was the fault of a substitute driver, who was brought on so Mr. Cruz could accommodate the other shipment at the same time. Overall, made a good effort and got the job done. Response from kcruz18: Was told trailer was in great shape " it was not "

Also there was a delay due to there being no tags custumer assumed instead of asking for transport plate to be provided.
I had to let go of other driver for fibbing about mileage .
Which I do not condone " I hate lying people "
I'm a man of my word and walk a straight line .
Custumer was informed I was transporting for NASCAR driver

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The provider repeatedly requested a deposit be wired without a contract. When challenged on this procedure the provider became agitated and maintained that USHIP website agreement represented a shipping contract. After drafting a contract and sending it to the provider, he did not return phone calls for several days and was unable to stick to the original shipping date. He then requested I cancel the shipment.
