The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time - Bid accepted on 4/16
- Service provider never called or bothered to communicate
- Service provider later claimed his truck broke down, never communicated this information in advance so we can find another provider, instead he said he will pick it up on Mon 5/5/2014
- On Friday 5/2 he we asked him if he will pickup on Mon or if he called the pickup location, he never did and he never intended to pickup the equipment
- We called him several times and left voice mail he never answered or call
