Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward My 17' open trailer has been very sufficient for every Uship load we have accepted. Some vehicles do have an overhang, but nothing illegal or putting the load in danger of damage. Cargo in bed of truck was put there by customer & we were securing it with hd straps. If a strap "hit" the bedside of the truck, it certainly did no damage. The new trucks are durable enough to weather a "bump" from cargo. Call all of our reviewed jobs & see if anyone thinks we are "incompetent". We deserve our fee.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service provider showed up with a trailer not even big enough to haul the load in the first place. Back of vehicle would have been hanging off back of the trailer during entire transport. Service provider was loading cargo in the bed of the vehicle to be transported and threw strap with metal hook on the end of it over cargo and slammed into bed side of 2014 truck. The service providers are completely incompetent and should not be able to transport anything. They did damage to the cargo befo

We have hauled many vehicles this size on our trailer & nobody has complained. This guy went ballistic with my men & was verbally abusive & said they were "stupid" & to "get the hell out of my shop"; totally immature & uncalled for. I wouldn't haul a dog house for this man.
