About Me

Auto dealer and wholesale shipper. Travel New England to DC. Locations of Randolph, VT., Sturbridge, MA., Norwich, CT. Been doing repoes and dealer transport for 23 years. Towed for AAA and other emergency road services, local police rotation, state police rotation, wholesale accounts (transmission shops and franchised dealer towing). Damaged one car in 23 years. It was buried in mud up to the hubs at the bottom of a hill. Others gave up. I got it out but the Jhook snagged the tie-rod which were buried in mud. The banks gave me the tough repos. Like the BMW 750 the guy had blocked in, parked under his window where he slept. I got it, damage free. And Chase Auto Finance, the cheap goons, were looking for that one for 10 months and didn't give any bonus. I think I have the experience not to damage your ride. Hmmm. He states i was punctual but only gave 4 of 5 for the punctual score. And every time I called the machine picked up. But I only rec'd 4 of 5 for communication. He gave a decent tip so I believed he was very happy. I dunno how I could have done better....

Richard is a good hearted guy - there was another shipper who needed his shipment picked up ASAP, Richard told me to swing by and pick up the other shipment to save this other unknown-to-him, to save the other guy storage fees even though it would delay Richard's shipment.
