Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We went to pick up this boat that extensive time had been spent to assure it would fit on our trailer,it was listed incorrectly and is a whole lot larger then stated...

I am afraid shipper is outright lying to cover multiple errors. It was a Sea Ray 300 and information was provided per Powerboat guide. How can information be inaccurate? shipper showed up with a car hauling trailer. Marina refused to load boat to his trailer and called me to inform.

Good communication. Timely. Did what he said. The only reason for the neutral rating is that the boat arrived with damage to the bow caused by not being properly secured on trailer. On one hand, trucker was not responsible for securing boat, on the other, sure wish he would have watched his load better and been proactive.

Karen was on time, professional, had quality equipment, and willing to go the extra mile. She is no fly by night! If she says she can do it than you can trust her. Highly recommend.
