The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After some issue with truck size and address, which was provided prior to booking the booker agreed to flat bed from address Monday (yesterday). Since then does not answer email, no phone, and hasn't picked up car.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unless the truck disappeared no reason a mechanical issue should delay two weeks. Beware brokers bidding on shipments without a truck arranged!
Response from initiallogistics:
Customer was given a refund. We had a driver assigned. He had some mechanical issues- we were told. We have been unable to find a replacement due to backlog from the holiday last week.

These guys are awesome. Gates were a pain to move and they were much heavier than I thought. They were reasonable on price and good service. Would use again.

Guy is just a booker. Friendly enough but used national auto shippers who unload at a depot and then bring the car on a flatbed. It's not technically door to door service. Car arrived with body damage.

The guy is nice but just a booker. He used National Auto Shippers to take actually take the car. It's not door to door service but a depot where they offload to a flatbed. This is fine for 99% of cars but would not recommend for a special or exotic car. I'm 2 for 2 with damage from National Auto Shippers. Car arrived with two flat front tires. Allied Auto is a nice guy in Florida that will call and do everything an auto shipping broker is supposed to do. So I guess justworryaboutcarrier

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Jose booked a shipment and never sent a driver. Then just stops answering phone. Tried to take extra payment via credit card to go around Uship pricing.
