A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The Customer accepted the bid the day the truck left. I told him in the bid I need to know ASAP...He accepted at the last minute without consulting us about the truck's schedule.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Well I tell you my case is NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED ! . I tried too help Cedric out by paying him early to fix his broke down truck. Well that lead to excuse aft excuse. My trailer was blowing tires, My truck blew a turbo, my radiator broke. I'll get it next week , and then next week. etc. I would not recommend C&A Fleet service. I also have to engage AMEX to recover my $4,900.

Eric was very professional and delivered as contracted. Eric kept me informed along the way and delivered without incident. I would highly recommend him to anyone moving a tow behind cargo. He was Awesome!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I am sure this company is reputable, however he has a current rash of issue after issue on why he can?t pick up the load. I have waited over a week to come to some type of date to pick up the load. I am tired of excuses and waiting. Sorry but have to get my load delivered.
