Macias, was on it. He called seconds after shipment was scheduled. Stayed in contact with updates. Pick up photographs were communicated to me timely. This was good because it was clear the Seller/loader, loaded on, a vehicle with damaged bumper while their advertised photograph showed a perfectly fine front end.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it On the other side of the country. E mailed the customer but never responded.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried unsuccessfully to reach the service provider since last week and have not gotten any response back. I have also contacted Aaron of Uship to assist and he has failed also. This provider does not even list a contact phone number

Very Friendly and pleasant shipper. Once the shipment was booked, Juan sprung into action. Left early next morning, kept me posted and got the shipment delivered same day. The entire experience was relaxed and satisfying and Juan even went the extra mile to get instructions on the functioning of a part of my shipment from the shop which he gladly and clearly explained to me at delivery.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We were informed by shipper their was going to be a delay in picking up item and starting Monday we were going to be incurring storage charges by the shipper

Did an excellent job. Appeared to be a pro and did not ask many silly questions. Knew what needed to be done and got to the pick up site prepared to execute. Kept our mind at ease all through the shipment and called to notify us the delivery was complete. What a pro. We will be delighted to have him move our future shipments.
