Todd was GREAT!!!! He was proactive in providing the complete shipping information up front, friendly, flexible, highly responsive, prompt with release of payment upon delivery, and just an all around pleasure to work with. The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The shipper canceled not me! I drove 400 miles for him to change his mind!!!! I DO NOT want another cancellation on my record I have two false cancellations now brought about by one time shippers! If this cancellation adds to the last two (from the one time shippers cancellation - not mine) then uShip has no respect for the carriers time or services so you can close my account. ****If uship adds this "shippers" cancellation to my profile consider this my written request to close my account.

This gentleman( and I use that term very loosely ), showed up a day late with his truck 3/4 loaded for a full truckload of equipment then proceeded to curse and scream at the people at the federal facility. They then called the federal police and had him removed the facility. What ever you do, DO NOT USE THIS PERSON FOR SHIPPING!!!!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider showed up with a 3/4 full trailer and no room for my items. He then proceeded to curse out the people there at the facility and threatened to fight one. They then threw him off the government facility and told him if he returned he would be arrested. This type of behavior will not be tolerated, his actions have damaged my relations with this facility and given me a bad reputation.

Todd H. allowed me to drive 400 miles round trip for nothing. My 58' lowboy trailer had 14' / 1000 pounds loaded and 44' / 79,000 pounds available. Todd H. misrepresented the cancellation to receive his deposit money back because he considered my bid too high! PERIOD! Todd H. lied at every chance to get his few dollars returned even after he had me drive 400 miles round trip for nothing! BEWARE Todd H. - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
