Small business owner that purchases ten to twenty items a year from internet auctions that need to be transported

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have a serious health issue that has required hospitalization 3 times and have tried to cover with another driver. I also was told it was freshly painted and there have been several snow storms during this period and seller was reluctant to let it go in the weather.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have tried for three weeks to have the shipper pick up my item and deliver it to me. I am always told that it will be handled in the next few days but it is still at the sellers business and I can no longer wait on this shipper after they have repeatedly told me that they would handle this for me. I have lost all confidence in this shippers ability to handle this job
