I was extremely pleased with this shipper. They were prompt, polite, and professional. They were friendly in accommodating a change in my delivery location which helped me avoid a local move to the final destination of the shipment. I plan to use them again.

The shipper is pleasant and timely BUT, he forgot to leave some of the hardware needed to put the shipped desks back together. For several months, I have contacted him and he promised to send the nuts and bolts and I still do not have them. Also, I was explicit that I needed 200 desks and the shipper could have the remaining part of the lot I won at auction. He delivered about 165 desks, many of which are unusable because I don't have the hardware necessary to reattach the desk tops.
